We respond to all orders within 24 to 48 hours and guarantee the authenticity of all our items. Should you not be happy with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the full purchase price - once the item has been returned in its original condition.

Ring Sizing / Modification: Rings can be resized at an additional cost that will vary depending on the base metal of the ring. But once a ring is resized, it can not be returned for a refund. I am happy to work with you on resizing and to accommodate any requirements you may have.
