Our Service Pledge

All orders are shipped within 24 business hours after payment is completed from Monday to Friday in the mornings.
There are no hidden costs what you see is the total price you will pay excluding taxes you might be liable in your country and you can chose to decline insurance.
Your purchase will be elegantly Wrapped in a green velvet pouch and safely boxed and bubble wrapped to avoid damages.
All items are tracked and insured and if by any reason delayed contact us so we can investigate and activate insurance please.
We prefer to use Royal Mail whenever possible, and require all packages to be insured. If you prefer another method of shipment, please mention it.
Please pay within 24 hours of your purchase agreement if not the case please contact us to let us know when you plan to pay for your items.
I offer payment layaway on most items purchased for full retail price, please inquire if you are interested in setting up layaway. Items ship when payment is complete and items purchased or payments made on layaway are eligible for store credit only.
