About Us

The thrill of finding "treasures" started when my children were young. When we were in the car, they always tried to divert my attention if they spotted an antique store as they knew that I could not resist the temptation to go in and look. Decades later, the excitement still exists.
After retiring from teaching, I became a dealer at Midland Arts and Antiques Market when they first opened their doors over 15 years ago. Midland has been voted "Best Antique Store" locally for many years running. I am one of the original dealers and my longevity is attributed to my passion for discovering quality and interesting items.

Several years ago, I had a charity event to assist foster children in college. All of the $10,000 proceeds from the sale of my collections was donated to this charity. A few years later, I developed a Vintage Hat Calendar and the proceeds were donated to my church.

Over the years, I have collected "collections" of clothing,shoes,purses,hats, scarves,compacts,jewelry,shawls,gloves,linens, laces,hand mirrors,men's ties,handkerchiefs,jackets,lingerie,sunglasses and Christmas items. These items will be featured in my shop.
