Such a pleasure choosing sides with D & E. Triple the fun with it's '60s vintage triangular pyramid style brooch, piled high with raked marquise and chaton rhinestones in topaz and peridot colors and topped with a large rosette of huge topaz chatons and smaller round brilliants in topaz and peridot shades. It's a win, win, win situation with this golden beauty from DeLizza & Elster.
Each side of the brooch measures an incredible, approximate 3 1/4 inches. It boasts nearly a one inch profile or peak. Largest chatons are about 10 millimeters. Marquises are approximately 13 millimeters x 6 millimeters. Weight of the brooch is about 46 grams. As our saying goes: Bigger is better with Juliana.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. All rhinestones intact and brilliant. There are no dark, discolored, cloudy or dead stones. All gold tone finish intact, front and back. All soldering secure. Brooch retain shape with no collapse. Pin back secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
As anticipated, the brooch is not signed. Stone choices, color, and arrangement, as well as construction, pin assembly, and figure eight solder puddling, in tandem with overall design, attribute this brooch to DeLizza & Elster.
Lookin' good at any angle, in any light. A love triangle from D & E @ Cody's.
