Colors, stone choices and coordination create a cornucopia of glass beads, cubes and disks in wonderful tones of blues, greens, and teals. Faux pearls and a cranberry aurora borealis chaton rhinestone add dashes of lustrous white and rainbow reds. All embellishments are intricately strung on fine wire to reverse filigree plate. (Another smaller filigree plate coves the wire work). Pearls and some beads are also capped with tiny faceted metal beads. Brass / bronze tone earrings are clip back. To us the earrings are a seascape -- the colors and components representing the bits and pieces one might encounter along the coast. Especially notable are the cranberry ab rhinestones, radiating golden red reflections amid seas of blue and green. and the pearl pair; washed up treasures of the deep.
The button style earrings measure a generous approximate 1 1/4 inches across with a 1/2 inch profile or dome. Largest pearls and free form bi color glass cubes are about 8 millimeters,; faceted glass pillow disks, 6 millimeters; small aqua glass beads, 4 millimeters and cranberry ab chaton rhinestones, 6 millimeters. Weight of the earrings pair is 22.3 grams.
