Coil up with this wonderful '60s-'70s vintage gold tone mesh tube necklace dripping with resin and glass dangles. Tightly woven semi flexible coils are filigree capped and connect via hook closure and charmed extension chain. At decorative center a strip of aurora borealis chaton rhinestones underlines. Two sizes of filigree crowned, faceted resin rounds in burnt orange dangle between and flank a trio of filigree capped, faceted glass pears (sometimes referred to as teardrop, pendeloque or briolette) in olivine green.
The necklace is adjustable from about 14 1/2 inches to 16 inches with charmed extension chain and hook type closure. Decorative center spans approximately 5 1/4 inches x 1 1/4 inches at it's longest or widest point. Tube chain is about 5 millimeters wide. Pear dangles are 20 millimeters x 13 millimeters; largest resin rounds, 10 millimeters and chaton rhinestones, 4 millimeters. Weight of the necklace is about 26 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. Coil tubing free from dents, kinks or crush. All rhinestones intact, retaining ab finish and sparkle. Glass pears free from chips, nicks, cracks or breaks. All filigree caps intact with unpolished brass tone patina. All soldering secure. All dangles secure. Gold tone finish intact, front and back. Hook closure secure. Clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
