50 shades of pink with perhaps a hint of gray. Depending upon light and angle this '50s-'60s vintage triangular gold tone shield shaped brooch showcases pinks in lilac, lavender and mauve shades. Three huge oval rhinestones anchor center as frosted marquises fan out. Chaton ab rhinestones accent throughout.
The brooch measures a respectable 2 1/2 inches across with a 3/8 inch profile or thickness. Oval rhinestones are approximately 18 millimeters x 13 millimeters; marquises, 15 millimeters x 7 millimeters and chatons, 4 millimeters. Weight of the brooch is 24 grams.
Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. All rhinestones intact, retaining brilliance, blush and aurora borealis finish. No chips, nicks, cracks or breaks to stones. No dents or improper bends to metal components. All soldering secure. Gold tone finish intact. Pin shaft has slight bend not affecting function. Pin mechanism secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.
