Exquisite Elite Limoges hand painted plate with pink and red roses and a wide heavy gold rim. The plate measures 8 1/4" in diameter and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or wear to the gold. Signed by studio artist, Goula. Factory marked Elite L. (Limoges) France, a mark used by Bawo & Dotter circa 1900 and P&B Limoges France, the studio mark of Pitkin & Brooks, who operated a china decorating studio in Chicago and used this mark starting in 1872. Circa 1900.
