A fine example of an English Indenture document between Samuel Danks & Joseph Singleton, signed and sealed by both at base, with Birmingham tax stamp, including a map of property involved, not typically found on indenture documents. An indenture was commonly used as a form of sealed contract or agreement for land and buildings. Very good overall condition, with minor fading, folds, imperfections, and expected wear from age and use. Framed under glass with some losses to the black paint on molded wooden frame edges. Dimensions: 24 34” h x 29” w, framed.
