This Easter postcard has an anthropomorphic rabbit troubadour courting his lady rabbit who lives in a giant yellow egg. Pussy willows decorate the side of the door on the egg. The card proclaims "A Happy Easter." Because the card has an undivided back, there is writing on the front with a date, 1906, and name of the sender, Margaret Edwards. There are two small cuts in the top edge of the card.

The back of the card is undivided. The card has been mailed and has a canceled stamp and two postmarks. The sending postmark is from Madison Square Station New York and the date is April 14, 1906. The receiving postmark is dated April 16, 1906 Gilboa New York.

GENEALOGY: The card is addressed to Miss Margaret Mulford c/o Wm. Platner, Prattsville, Green County, New York.

I can ship many postcards for the same price as one as they are very light. If you purchase several, wait for me to send you a revised purchase order reflecting an appropriate shipping price before making your payment.
