This yellow and re model passenger train station has great detail. The yellow building stands on a brown platform and has a red roof. Two black benches, sit on the outside portion of the station. This would also work as a freight station as there is a man driving a fork lift on one side of this miniature railroad station. The building features a grey chimney, black ladder and a paper label sign that reads "GROVEMONT". The paned windows and doors are white.
The bottom of the station has a hole where you can put a Christmas tree bulb to light the building up. This vintage railroad model is marked "Bachmann" and was made for their Plasticville model railroad line. The base looks like it was attached to a piece of cardboard at one time as there are remnants of paper and clue along the bottom edge.
I believe this miniature building to be N scale as the door measures a little less than 1/2 inch. The station itself 5 inches long 3 inches wide and stands 1 3/4 inches tall at the roof ridge. I believe it is an N scale model as the door measures just under 1/2 inch. The station is in excellent condition with no visible flaws.
A fun vintage model for any model train enthusiast or any miniature scene.
