This unused postcard printed in the Dutch language is printed on bery coarse paper. On the front is a young girl, Red Riding Hood, in the arms of her father (a hunter). Grandmother is seated in a large chair with a dog on the floor. The father is dressed in a green jacket, black breeches, tan leggings and black boots. His hankerchief flows from his pocket. Grandmother has on a mob-cap and black-rimmed glasses with a black shaw over a blue and white checked blouse and full skirt. The firl wears a red hooded cape, white blouse and blue full skirt with white over apron. Beneath the scene is the story in the Dutch language. The back of the card again has Dutch language printing. There is an outline for a stamp and three lines for address.
