We bring in so many items it is simply not possible to be an expert on every item we bring in. We guarantee our items so there is never a problem. We would much rather have you send an item back than to be afraid to come and shop with us again. We describe our items to the best of our ability. Please feel free to ask questions or pass along information. We want you happy because we want you back. We only charge the shipping/insurance fee...there are no silly handling fees.
