All items are dispatched within 4-10 UK business days and do not include bank holidays or weekends, our dispatch times are quoted to cover all holiday periods and busy times of the year, our normal dispatch is 3-7 working days, please contact us if you need your item dispatched sooner, please take note of the postal delays in various countries due to covid 19 please check with your postal service, please let us know if the item is a gift or if you need the item expedited, or if we can be of any further help at all after the sale, we are unable to size jewellery temporarily at this time due to social distancing rules i work alone , all items are listed with free standard shipping with our UK national postal carrier Royal Mail, there are other postage services available at check out including tracked and signed and expedited worldwide, items over £200.00 sterling as from 10th June 2018 qualify for free tracked and signed domestic and international postage, all postage includes insurance under our royal mail insured postage, large items over the capacity of royal mail large letter, small parcel will be sent by parcel force or another courier. CANCELLATION POLICY, if you wish to cancel the order before dispatch please contact us via our shop or email, stating the order number and payment Method. if the order is cancelled before the the stated dispatch date, or physical dispatch date a refund will be processed within 2-5 working days to the original payment method used, any charges incurred by the seller for the refund via financial institutions will be deducted from the original amount paid.
