WELCOME to Venus Vintage Jewelry! Please review the terms of sale before placing your order if you are a new customer.

* I process online (credit and debit card) payments using PayPal. This allows you to use major credit cards with ease. You do not need to set up an account and there is no fee to you. It is a totally secure service: your personal and credit card data are not visible to me.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of the time the order is placed or item(s) will be removed from hold and made available to other shoppers.

* If you wish to return an item due to it being significantly not as described, contact me within 3 days of the delivery of the item for pre-approval. You must return the item within 3 business days of the date of approval in the condition in which I sent it. If it was damaged in transit, keep all packing materials to comply with a claim for insurance that I will file. If you wish to return an item for any other reason you must contact me first. You will be responsible for the cost of the insured return shipment of the item.

* International orders must be sent insured for our mutual protection. I do not ship to EU countries. I accept int'l orders for shipment only to countries for which my insurance carrier offers coverage using the appropriate shipment method. Services offered for international insured jewelry shipments vary by country and may require Registered Mail, Priority Mail Express or Express Mail. Please inquire if in doubt.

* If your purchase does not arrive within 21 days of date of shipment, please contact me so I can assist in tracking and updating you.

* I do not accept any e-checks through PayPal or any other service but I am happy to accept Western Union or Postal money orders--just ask!
