About Us
Founded in 2014, Park Avenue Antiques is an online vintage and antique jewelry store dedicated to preserving treasures of the past. The heart and soul of my business is curating beautiful antique jewelry for you to enjoy and pass on to future generations.



I happily offer layaway plans on full priced items for my customers. My layaway terms are 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, and then the final payment in 30 days. Items will be shipped when the final payment is complete. Items purchased on layaway are eligible for exchange only.


Shipping
I ship most items via USPS Priority Mail which is the quickest and safest shipping method that the Postal Service provides. I do reserve the right to ship higher priced items via UPS/Fed Ex as deemed necessary. This is solely to ensure the safety of the item being shipped. Any items being shipped outside of the US will be shipped via Priority Express International to insure a trackable delivery.

Import Duties
The purchaser is responsible to pay all customs fees associated with the item being shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information regarding specific fees/tariffs to expect when receiving your item. If a package is not retrieved because of refusal to pay customs charges, NO refunds will be granted without exceptions. All items will be shipped and declared with the full value stated.

Returns/Exchanges
Items in original condition may be returned for any reason; notification of return must come within 3 calendar days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

* Returns sent without notification will not be accepted/refunded.

1) Returns must be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and postal holidays) of receipt and will be accepted as long as the item has not been altered, sized, customized from the original listing.

2) Returns must be sent with tracking, please provide this information. Insurance is at your discretion but highly recommended as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.

3) The cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
