This small old tin once held Quentin’s Breath of Violets as is embossed on the lid with the image of a winged cherub. These were apparently like Sen-Sen only perfumed with violet in flavor. I believe they were from the Chapman & Rodgers company of Philadelphia which was in operation during the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. The slip on lid also has a bead detail around the outer edge and at the bottom it reads; Trade Mark. There is nothing on the back side.
The empty tin measures about 1 7/8” in diameter and is in good condition with minimal dents and wear.
