This is an original old Little Helper Pastry Set box. The graphics on the lid are cute with two little girls working in the kitchen. On the shelf on the back wall are products that would have been seen in the 1930’s such as Kellogg’s PEP cereal, H-O oats box and Bon-Ami. I believe the pastry set originally contained things like a rolling pin, pastry cloth, cookie sheet, pastry cutters and muffin tins but unfortunately this is just the very nice looking empty box. The set was manufactured by Newton & Thompson Mfg. Co. of Brandon, Vermont. I believe this is from the 1930’s.
The empty box measures about 6 1/8” by 10 ½” by ½” and is in nice condition with light wear. It has minor edge and corner wear with some crease wear and minor soiling. One cornaer has been taped on the inside. It is an empty box but a great piece for display and decorating.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
