Vintage jewelry is like wearing a piece of art! Unique and extraordinary pieces were created with an emphasis on design and craftsmanship. And it is most unlikely you will ever come across someone wearing another piece exactly like it. The history of each piece lends an intangible element of romance, wondering who owned such a piece of art, or what the story was behind the treasures once worn, or cherished by another.
Wearing vintage jewelry not only portrays one’s personal and individual style, but is also an environmentally-friendly fashion choice, which I am happy to support. Vintage jewelry requires no new natural resources or energy and reduces the demand for mining precious metals and gemstones. By investing in vintage jewelry, you become an important contributor to Earth’s conservation and sustainability.
When purchasing vintage jewelry, one must keep in mind that, unlike contemporary jewelry made today, of course, vintage items will not appear brand new. My pieces are all lovingly, gently used with little to minor wear. Due to being previously owned, estate and vintage jewelry is often not perfect, and may have normal signs of surface wear, or small imperfections.
