About Us
I have managed, been part of a co-op, been a partner in, or owned my own brick and mortar shop for the last 19 years.....and I love it as much now as I ever have! I have a passion for quality antique decorative items and I tend to gravitate towards good glass, porcelains, and anything that is a perfect example of a style or period in time. When you look at something and state...."Now that is Art Nouveau!"....that is what I am aspiring to find.

I am constantly learning about the items I buy and what I see. I often buy because I just like something, and learn about it later. I was taught to buy what I like, and not to rely on books....although I definitely say books now help in identifying! I tend to gravitate towards finer decorative items although I like "fun" stuff too. I like everything from Japanese to Jugendstil/Secessionist to Victorian to Empire era items....if they are well made, and almost always hand made.

I travel a lot to acquire what is available. Generally, I hit the road to search out finer quality items. I purchase estates, anywhere!

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! I get my best suggestions from you! Hopefully I have something that catches your fancy or imagination....thank you for looking and reading and I look forward to serving you.

I accept and prefer checks......then money orders, wire transfer, Bank of America to Bank of America direct pay, and lastly Paypal.

Also, since it seems everyone loves a deal, if we negotiate a BEST price, it is on a cash price basis....no credit cards/no paypal(they cost money and it can be shocking at the end of a year how much we give companies to just send money)......if you wish to pay the roughly 4 to 5% these costs......I will happily agree to it, but it isnt imaginary. 4% of 100,000 is 4000.....and this adds up over time. Since some people feel safer using credit cards as protection, let me just say that I guarantee everything I sell, and that any item may be returned without reason for up to 3 days after receiving. I also insure everything that I sell, it used to be for the customers protection, but now, it is to protect me.....since I guarantee every item will get to the new owner in as described condition.....plus the original 3 extra days just to make sure it is exactly as I said it was. The one exception to my return policy is if an item is listed for sale or auction.
