Our Ruby Lane shop is devoted solely to the work of historic female artists which has been for so long overlooked and underappreciated. In recent years the work of female artists has gained increasing recognition through museum and gallery exhibitions as well as at auction and presents a superior value relative to works of similar quality by their better known male counterparts. Our Manhattan based gallery has mounted a number of exhibitions focused on women artists including “Triumphant Lives: American Women Artists (1795-1950)” (2019), “Breaking All Bounds: American Women Artists (1825-1945)” (2018) and “Soaring Sights: Luminist Landscapes by Female 19th C.
