GASPEE SALES LAYAWAY
We offer up to a “90 DAY LAYAWAY” consistent with Ruby Lane policies and as provided in GASPEE SALES Shop Policy herein below:
Customers may layaway purchased items for extended purchase payment for up to 90 days for a nominal nonrefundable fee.
A minimum of 25% of the total price including shipping and handling fees down payment is required to hold an item on layaway payable within five business days. Payments are due and payable to be made each 30 day period thereafter equal to 25% of the initial amount due each month with the 3rd and final payment to be paid by the 90th day.
Payments: Can be made by check, money order by sending payment to me Doug Cairns, by mail. I will provide the mailing address at the time of layaway.
Or payment can be made using PayPal "send money" to me I will notify you of my email address to send payment.
HOW TO BEGIN YOUR LAYAWAY PROCESS:
After you "commit to purchase" by adding your items to your shopping cart and process your order, please email me and let me know you desire to use my layaway option.
To utilize my layaway program an initial down payment of 25% of the purchase price of the item(s) including shipping and handling fees is required to hold your purchase for up to a 90 day period.
To determine shipping and handling fees I will send you options of several delivery methods and prices I offer for you to select for delivery of your purchase.
Please note: Additional postage fees may be accessed prior to mailing reflecting any increase in in Postal rates for your delivery method selection.
When you determine your desired delivery method and notify me of your choice I will send you a purchase order invoice reflecting your choice of delivery method.
After your initial 25% layaway payment is made I will hold your purchase as “sale pending” layaway for up to a period of 90 days from the date of commitment to purchase date.
Three subsequent layaway payments of 25% must be made by the end of each 30 day period from the purchase date. You may make additional payments at any time at no extra cost.
An additional layaway fee shall be accessed to the buyer amounting to $1.00 for each item each 20 day layaway period as determined by item ID number for up to the full 90 day layaway period for handling fees. These fees may be subject to change at any time without notice due to unforeseeable carrying costs. The non-refundable fee represents and offsets the carrying handling and maintenance incurred by Gaspee Sales.
PLEASE NOTE ALL LAYAWAY SALES ARE FINAL when full payment is made and Item shipped and accepted by the USPS or other carrier. If layaway is canceled prior to shipment a 5% restocking fee is applicable unless waived by shop owner.
GENERAL INFORMATION: When you send payments, please make the payment payable to Doug Cairns, and send to 26 Linden Ave, Cranston RI 02910. I also ask that you email me let me know so that I know when the payment is coming.
SHIPPING: Primarily I pack and ship using the USPS with preference to Priority mail, optional insurance offered and provided upon request.
EXPEDITED US POSTAL SERVICE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, additional upgrade fees apply - quote provided upon request.
