About Us

Welcome to Frank Gaglio Antiques where a lifetime of passion and experience is your ticket to collecting bliss. Forty six years ago, I had the good fortune of apprenticeship under a brilliant antiques dealer and worldwide connoisseur of material culture, Mr. Leo Wilensky. Through his guidance and encouragement, I embraced a passion that engaged my curiosity and fostered my appetite to learn more. Not only does my expertise include Americana, folk art, early iron and textiles, but my knowledge of rural European objects bolsters my qualifications in both genres. I am a founding member of the Antiques Dealers Association of America and past president, a member of the National Association of Consumer Shows, Board of Directors Member of The Museum of Rhinebeck History and President of Barn Star Productions, Inc. leaders in quality antiques shows and non profit fundraiser events. Little did I know my life's career would be so exciting and rewarding working with fascinating people, extraordinary objects and uncovering the stories these objects tell. From my daughter Ciara's youthful mind came my mantra, "Save Natural Resources, Buy Antiques". Welcome to my shop.
