SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE POLICY

If an item is damaged, please retain all packing materials and box and notify shop owner by email immediately. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, I will be happy to handle the insurance claim with your assistance. Shipping agent will request to examine the packing materials and may require photos. I photograph all items as they are packaged.

I am happy to combine shipping if at all possible to do so, as long as I am notified ahead of time. Please email me if you purchase more than one item and I will arrange it if possible.

Due to new changes in the law regarding countries of the European Union, seller must be contacted before purchase for shipping charges and estimated delivery dates. If not, purchase will have to be cancelled. They may be re-instated after charges and delivery date is given. (This is the law of your government) For all customers: return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller is not responsible for the customs and duties of any item.
