Hi! My name is Dennis, and I'm completely new to the Ruby Lane sales platform. I will try to keep my personal piece here under control and not painfully long. I grew up, most of that period, in the sunny Southern California area. While it isn't relevant to my store here, I have an Engineering degree in an earth science discipline. After college graduation, I successfully operated my parent's mine in northern San Diego County for several years. Simply because it was backbreaking work, I found career employment in the IT field. While in that field, I held positions in Southern California and in North Carolina. About the time I was considering a move to a new position and area, I received an offer to work and live off-shore. I accepted, and found myself based in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for four years. This position required constant travel, so at the end of that four years I repatriated back to the San Diego area. I got pretty bored pretty quickly, and soon found myself on Kwajalein, out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for two years. Back to San Diego, retired and bored. Traveled and got bored, purchased some residential rentals and got bored. Retired and got bored. I'm now 73, and I have too much stuff, hence my being here on Ruby Lane. I hope you will watch my store grow and mature with me!
