Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.
Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.
All items are expertly packed. Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance. We do our best to ship items as soon as poosible after payment has been received. Depending on the size, value, and fragility of your item, there may be a delay to allow adequate time for safely packing your items.
Shipment: Your item will be mailed after verified clearance of your Personal or Business check (please allow 15 banking days) and after actual funding of PayPal "E-Check" (please allow 5 banking days).
If you pay with money orders or credit cards, your item will be mailed on the next mailing day following receipt of funds in our accounts. PayPal and all credit card purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses ONLY; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your Ruby Lane purchase order.
