About British Heritage
Our Service PledgeWe guarantee that all our listings are described accurately and are authentic as your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. We dispatch within 3 days of received payment.
About UsLocated near the medieval cathedral city of Canterbury in England, we specialise in BRITISH and CONTINENTAL 18th and 19th century TEAWARES and 20th century CERAMICS. We also sell other antique pieces and vintage collectables which are beautiful and unusual.
Since 2009, I have travelled throughout the British Isles and Europe on a quest to bring heritage fine china and unusual antique pieces to the market. My first ever find was an exquisite George Jones tea set c.1800, which was languishing in a kitchen larder at an English country house auction. It gave me huge pleasure to clean the set up and find it a new home with a collector in America. Uncovering treasures such as this, and finding them a new home with people who appreciate and care for them, is at the heart of British Heritage.
We have been selling on another online platform since 2009, with many repeat customers all around the world, especially from Australia, US and Japan, who we hope will continue to support us on our new venture with Ruby Lane.
All of our treasures are well packaged for a safe trip and International shipping and insurance is included in the price (the customer is responsible for any country import taxes that apply). We try to use Royal Mail and Parcelforce where possible. As our items must be signed for, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
We accept Paypal and online bank transfers. Please contact me via email with any listing questions, special requests, or if you are looking for something specific which I may be able to help you find. We are happy to consider reasonable offers.
