For many years I was a Book Scout for book dealers and store owners across the US and Canada. I kept many of my finds, and now my shelves are stacked and bursting! I want to share my thousands of books, and my expertise, with others.I know books and how to value and describe them. I will be using the standard set by The Antiquarian Bookman for catalogue and mail order transactions first proposed in 1949 and used to this day. As well, I am a couture quality seamstress, who has always appreciated vintage and antique clothing. I can accurately assess the quality and construction of any garment and identify its period. Textiles of any period or origin fascinate me. The clothing in my shop will be meticulously described and photographed.
