All items are packaged with care and almost always ship within one business day of purchase. The cost of shipping plus insurance will be added to your purchase total. Insurance and signature confirm is mandatory to protect both buyer and seller from shipping loss or damage.
Should it occur, be sure to retain all original packaging in order to file a claim. I will assist in all and any ways to expedite your claim in a timely manner. Items purchased with check, money orders or credit cards will be shipped on the next business day following confirmed receipt of funds in my account.
I do not issue partial refunds. I charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items; Please note: If you alter an item in any way (including sizing), it is not able to be returned. *Layaway purchases not paid on time are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Layaway down payments are non-refundable but in some circumstances may be transferable.
Please note that I accept credit cards through Square and do not offer Paypal as a payment option. You do not need a Square account to pay, just an email address. With Square invoicing you can pay securely online on the Square website without sharing your credit card information with me. shortly after receiving your purchase order I will email you with payment instructions. Payment within 24 hours is required to insure that the item you ordered is not returned to active inventory.
I am a 3rd generation antiques dealer and have been in the antiques business for 25 years. Ever since I was in diapers my parents had me setting up at antique markets, sales and attending auctions. I love many aspects of the antiques world but my favorite is the jewelry, from costume to high end fine jewelry, each piece has its on uniqueness and story. After I graduated college I opened my own jewelry shop where I also do minor repairs. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have about my items.
