Our Service Pledge

We answer all emails promptly, and ship your lovely items out as quickly as we can, we ship several times a week or more if necessary. We take tremendous care in packing your items for safe delivery. If there is a rare occasion when an item you are ordering has been lost, damaged or otherwise no longer available, in this rare instance you would be notified quickly with explanation, we update our inventory on a daily basis but we are humans and mistakes can occur. All items are available at the time of listing, but are subject to prior sale.

About Us

After thirty plus years of collecting we need to downsize and we found Ruby Lane ! Our shop is a very eclectic mix of antiques, collectibles, jewelry, textiles,Eastern arts, china & porcelain, books and art. We have a large collection of Catholic and other religious collectibles, when we can bear to part with them. Our other specialty is jewelry, which we have collected for over 25 years. We also have a fondness for eastern and middle eastern arts, including beautiful Indian saris. We collected what we love, so we love what we sell. We are retired and downsizing, but love our privacy, so we use our email for contact, and are always happy to talk with you about our items for sale. We occasionally sell on eBay with fabulous feedback. Although all our items are available for sale when listed, there is a rare occasion when a friend may have just bought the item you are ordering; you would be notified quickly if this happens.
