About Us

Welcome to my shoppe. I've been collecting vintage and antique beaded items for as long as I can remember. I don't think there was ever a time in my life when I wasn't in awe of intricate beadwork . I used to travel extensively and those trips always included forays to antique shoppes and markets and many of my purses were purchased over the years during those trips. While my interest started with beaded purses the internet opened up a world of what in the beginning seemed an unlimited variety of antique purses and I love them all. Even after all years a beautiful purse still takes my breath away.
Now I've started to sell some of those pieces and since these have been collected over the course of about 50 years I have an extensive collection which I will be offering for sale here on Ruby Lane.
Although I'm selling mainly purses I've also accumulated numerous other beautiful items over the years and now and then I'll offer these up for sale as well.
