What a great experience and a fantastic piece of jewelry!! Susan was easy and a delight to work with. She responded quickly to inquiries and when I screwed something up, she was polite and helpful. A truly nice lady!! The brooch I bought was of wonderful quality, no repairs, all stones present and everything in good condition. The jewelry was mailed the same day of my last payment (she was terrific about working out payments!!) and arrived 2 days later in excellent shape, securely packaged, with the invoice. Everything went as smooth as silk and I’m a VERY happy camper!!
