About Us
2Hearts Jewelry & Accessories is the place to find high quality, signed vintage costume jewelry plus a selection of vintage purses, clothing and accessories. We particularly love jewelry that incorporates art glass and figural pins. Favorite designers include classic Trifari, Delizza/Juliana, ART, Florenza, Norway and Mexican sterling, Flying Colors/Ruby Z/Parrot Pearls ceramic jewelry - with a wide range of mid to late 20th century designers represented.

New additions to our Ruby Lane shop are posted to our Pinterest boards; we invite you to become a follower (link on this page to the right -click on "Our Favorite Links" ). You are invited to "Wish List (heart)" items of interest. Or, become a shop subscriber; periodically I offer special discounts just for them!

Payment is expected within 3 days; purchase orders will be cancelled and items returned to inventory after 7 days. If you have a special situation, please let me know - communication is the key!

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept PayPal and also process USA/Canada credit cards via an invoice sent from "Square." Layaways considered upon request for larger purchases; please contact me for terms. Money orders are accepted with the expectation that payment is sent within one business day.

RETURNS: You may return an item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund; it is your responsibility to return the item in the same condition as you received it and to pay return postage with tracking. IN THE RARE CASE OF SHIPPING LOSS OR DAMAGE, YOU MUST COOPERATE WITH INSURANCE CLAIM PROCEDURES IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND, PER RUBY LANE AND INSURER POLICIES. I pay return postage if the item has been inadvertently misrepresented beyond normal "vintage" wear. In considering measurements, please allow room for it to fit comfortably (ask me to double check if in doubt).

WE COMBINE SHIPPING FOR PURCHASES - shipping is discounted for multiple purchase items or purchase orders made within the same time frame. This must be changed manually after you place your order. Please wait for the revised invoice before you pay. Orders are carefully packed and typically shipped within one business day.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY:
I am a traveler and love my international customers! We may be unable to complete purchase orders, however, to locations where insurance is unavailable and/or the shipping address cannot be confirmed. In either of those cases, you assume the risk of damage and/or loss. In eleven years, I have had three international orders not delivered. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer than expected and is out of my control, particularly in these days of a pandemic. Priority rate shipping can make a difference of weeks in delivery time.

Note to Australians: Your postal service is only accepting USPS Priority Express or Global Express, which is close to $60. You can use that or buy and pay now and have me hold until First Class packages accepted once again.

Postal rates for First Class packages is the same price up to eight ounces. Often you can buy two or even three jewelry items for the same shipping cost as one item. If you go over 8 ounces, however, the price stays the same up to 32 ounces! Ask me for a combined shipping cost estimate. For insurance (and US law) reasons, I must use the actual dollar amount of the purchase on the customs form; any duty charges are your responsibility.

IF YOU USE A USA SHIPPING SERVICE or a THIRD PARTY: The shipper's address MUST be shown on your PayPal account. My insurance covers delivery to your shipper only. In the event of non-delivery or damage, your shipper MUST comply with my insurance provider's requests for documentation in order to receive a refund. Once the package is delivered to your Third Party Shipper or Service, there is no refund or insurance available because the package has left my control.
