This is a nice Zuni Spinner pendant. Is is hand etched by the artist R S. This piece is crafted from sterling silver with inlay of pebbled turquoise, coral onyx and agate. This piece spins freely and with out stalling. One side is a depiction of a roadrunner bird in a desert scene, the opposing side is a Mocking(??) bird on a tree branch. Sorry I am not a bird expert, my apologies for not getting it correctly identified. The condition is wonderful with normal wear, no damage. The bail is stationary. This pendant dates from the 1960's/70's.

This piece is from our mothers estate. She had a passion for Native American jewelry for their hand crafted details. We will be listing most Native American pieces from her estate at 1/2 of her asking price tag. So, hold on as there are thousands of quality pieces coming exclusively to our Rubylane Shop over time.
A bit about our mother; Susan (Sue) Okey : She was the most uplifting, happy, loving, generous and kind lady I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and loving. She was the mother to 3 daughters and one son, myself being the youngest of the bunch. She had a passion of exquisite and unusual finely crafted works of art. She was a very honest and reputable estate and antique Jewelry dealer for well over 40 years. Her passion for Native American works of art started about 20 years ago. She recognized and adored the modern work of various Native American artists which are filled with amazing stories and spirit. She is missed greatly by us all. We hope you will enjoy the passion with her in her hand selected pieces.
