This is a 14K Retro ring dating from the 1940's. It is crafted from 14K Yellow Gold. The ring features a late Deco design to it. The center stone is a natural Earth Mined Star Sapphire. The color is blue with a purple and grey hue. The star is a six point star which is present in indoor lighting as well as natural sun light. The sapphire is secured with four sturdy prongs with no movement. The sapphire is included with a heavy inclusion on the bottom 1/3 of the stone under a loop, so please zoom in for your confirmation. Surrounding the sapphire are 8 diamonds. The largest being at the top weighing roughly .29 points. The large diamond is roughly a SI2 with a H-G in color. There are no blemishes on the diamond. All of the diamonds are set in a white gold prong setting. This ring is not hallmarked, however we tested it electronically and with acid to confirm that it is solid 14K gold. The diamonds and sapphire have also been tested and confirmed. It is a lovely flashy ring.
