This is a mid victorian gem.... It is crafted from 14K Rose gold with a 10-12K leaf motif surrounding the 14K Frame and backing. The center is a lovely calililly flower pietra dura. The inlayed stones are in undamaged condition with is rare to find these days, given their age. Surrounding the leaf motif on the outside boarder are hand strung clusters of seed pearls. The bottom is adorned with a gold ball. This piece could use a good cleaning by a professional jeweler because of the hand strung pearls. The back features a pinned C clasp. I also found this this is suitable as a pendant, by using a jump ring at the looped end of the pin. I have the jump ring if you need one, free of charge, just send me a not upon check out. No hallmarks were located but tests via acid and electronic tested the frame and backing as 14K and the boarding leaf motif as 10-12K.
