I am loving this ring. It is crafted from 14K Yellow gold. I purchased the Turban man as a stick pin and had my jeweler convert it into this amazing ring. I was so excited to see it finished. The face is carved from stone a reddish stone, most likely an agate? The detail in the carving is fabulous for such a hard stone. At the bottom he is adorned with a old cut diamond which is 5 prong set and very brilliant. His turban is crafted from a naturally formed pearl with a bezel set diamond in the center which is pinned into the back. My jeweler soldiered him on to this very complimentive shank which is also 14K Yellow gold. The condition of this, now, ring is fabulous. I do see a bit of wear to the pearl when magnified in the photos, but not on the finger when worn. Such a unusual ring as far as conversions go.
