Truly a gorgeous bracelet in fabulous condition. This bracelet is crafted from 15K Yellow Gold with Aquamarines. It dates from the early 1800's. The center of the bracelet is a domed form that is completely hand etched with fine details. It houses four natural untreated earth mined Aquamarines. Each aquamarine is prong set in a closed back yellow gold. The stones are a lovely pale blue and in wonderful condition with minimal surface wear as to be expected in a piece this old. At the bottom of the dome is a lovely tassel which is etched in equal gorgeous hand etching on the front. The tassels are set on a inner circle which is soldiered tot he inside of the tassel. This allows for a lovely movement when worn, very smartly done in my opinion. The dome also houses the box clasp which is a bit stiff which is a good thing so that you are assured this lovely piece does not dislodge when enjoyed. The bracelet is super fine hand woven 15K Yellow gold. It is so smooth and luscious to wear and touch. There are a couple of very minor crimps in the bracelet as photographed but not broken or compromised in any way. For this bracelet being well over two hundred years old, it is in wonderful condition and very wearable. We were unable to locate any hallmarks but confirmed with testing on the stones as well as the 15K Solid Gold.
