Gorgeous Victorian Bracelet for the petite wrist. This bracelet is stunning. It is crafted from 15K yellow Gold with brilliant robin egg blue enamel and natural pearls. It dates from the 1850's and is in lovely condition, the enamel is perfect. This is a completely original piece with no replacements, except the safety chain. The enamel cabs are mounted into the bracelet and secured with a screw or rivet from the back. One of the screws has been reinforced with epoxy from years ago. There is no movement to any of the cabs. In the center of the cabs are four natural pearls which are bead prong set. Each pearl is in lovely condition with no chipping to the nacre, the pearls have a rainbow hue with natural variations. The front or face of the bracelet is decorated in fine etruscan style work of fine wires in the center with bean like adornments between each twisted formed raised wire. Just outside of the center design is a lovely crown like design on the top and the bottom, making this so elegant. All of the etruscan style work is present with the exception of one bean shape missing at the clasp. The clasp is a push tongue and grove clasp which functions properly with a click to confirm the closure is secure. The safety chain is a later replacement from the original. The hinge is secure with no movement. The back of the bracelet is solid with signs of wear so please zoom in for the best observation. No hallmarks were found, but confirmed with testing electronically as well as acid at roughly 15K Yellow Gold.
