Art Deco 14K Yellow and White Gold Sapphire and Diamond Halo Ring

This is a lovely Art Deco halo ring. It is crafted from 14K Yellow Gold and 14K white gold. It features a fabulous natural Sapphire and 9 brilliant round cut diamonds. The band is crafted from 14K yellow gold with a rose hue to it. It is then soldiered delicately yet very sturdy to the 14K White gold top. Each stone is individually set. The center stone is a lovely blue sapphire of amazing color. It measures just a hair shy of one carat. It is secured to the setting with 6 prongs and very secure. The cut is an oval faced cut. The stone is clear and consistent in color with natural inclusions. There is very little wear to the stone. Surrounding the sapphire are 9 old round cut diamonds, each prong set and very secure. Each diamond forming this lovely halo around the sapphire measures roughly .06 carat each for a total well over 1/2CTW. The diamonds are brilliant in flash with about a G in color and SI1 -SI2 in clarity. Being that these are old cuts they are not perfectly uniform in cut, yet look amazing in this setting.
