It is marked by Jean Pouyat (JP) Factory, dated ca 1890 to 1932.
Ps: The Pouyat family was one of the oldest French names connected with the Limoges porcelain industry. Jean Pouyat’s grandfather had a faience factory in the 1760s at St. Yrieix. He also owned KAaolin factory in the area in the late 1700s. Jean’s father, François, operated a hard paste porcelain factory in Paris from the early 1800s until around 1840.
