Here is an authentic Senate letter from 1939 signed by Lyndon Baines Johnson (1908-1973) 36th President of the United States (1963-1968). He became president upon the assassination of John F Kennedy in Dallas TX.
This is an early letter written during the Franklin Roosevelt administration. It is in very good vintage condition with a slight smudge on the "L" and a rusty paperclip scar as shown, but it is authentic. LBJ used secretaries for signing many letters that went out and if you study his signature, you can see this is in his hand. I collected autographs for almost 20 years and have had this for many years. It is framed with an 8x10 color photograph of President Johnson and my COA on back.
