Here we have an old Dutch, 19th century, repousse pressed brass or copper frame mirror with urn and floral crest. It has a beaded border with acanthus leaves (I believe) The longer outer mirrors are angled to support the center mirror with a metal border of again, bell flowers, and almost look like pineapples coming out. It has old boards on back as shown and appears to be late 19th century maybe very early 20th. The larger, center mirror is beveled.
Measures about 33.5" x 20.5" x about 4.05" deep.
This came out of a huge home in Rancho Santa Fe, CA from a world traveler and I thought it was Mexican but I do believe it is Dutch. Either way, it is a great piece.
The top of the crest has some wood showing slight damage but once you put it on a wall you don't see it. Age appropriate wear, some with color variation, mirrors on the sides have some silver loss, minor cracks and bending to brass elements and to backing of crest and the crest has mirror behind it.
