Beautiful early to mid 20th c German majolica art pottery stein pitcher with a pewter top. It is quite the colorful piece depicting a happy drunken man with a wink. It is about 9.75" at the top of the handle and about 7 or so inches at wide. It is stamped Made In Germany, H and a another incised mark above or below the H. Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is a small dent on top of the lid and some small light scratches to glaze on the side of his face. Nice and heavy piece!
