This is a gorgeous we believe, 1880-1920 era Chinese huanghuali hardwood stand, with a golden burl wood like top. Carved very nicely with scrolling clouds and quatrefoils along with opened cartouche panels with perhaps stylized leaves and buds and the symbols that are carved at the top of each foot looks like the head of a ruyi scepter. It is just really beautifully carved and in very good condition with normal wear. This is a consignment piece and the family had a 19th C celadon palace vase sitting on it.
It is about 12" at its widest, 10.5" wide on the top surface and about 8.5" tall. Unsigned but very nice. Wonderful vintage condition with no major damages normal wear.
Because this is a consignment item, I will only ship to US addresses. Thank you.
