This is an amazing and rare piece of European Art Deco porcelain. The only one I found is in the Wiener Porzellanmanufaktur Augarten Museum in Vienna Austria. This piece was designed and created in 1924 by Hertha Bucher who also designed for Wiener Werkstatte.
This piece stands about 8.5" tall and depicts a stylized colorful jester holding a bowl with Art Deco raised designs all around. The bowl is about 4.5" wide and there are no chips or repairs.
On the bowl there are 4 semi circle Art Deco patterns as I have photographed and under each small areas of glossy striations. Looks to be mold scars as it was black lighted and shows no repairs. There are no chips or breaks to his fingers, sleeve ruffles, hat. coat tails etc. which is just amazing. It is fully marked on bottom and again this is a very rare piece. The only other one I was able to find is in the Augarten Museum.
