This item was made and marked by Gorham. It is also un-weighted. There is a secondary mark which indicates that it was retailed by Bailey, Banks & Biddle of Philadelphia. There is no date mark, which can sometimes be found on Gorham pieces, but I would estimate that it was made in the 1920's, or possibly earlier. The vase is in excellent condition with very little wear and no dings or scratches or old repairs. The front features a rampant lion design with the letters E.C.L in monogram. It measures 7" inches tall X 2 1/2" square across the foot X 3" inches in diameter at the shoulder X 2 3/4" inches across the mouth. The vase weighs 225 grams.
