Early Noritake, Morimura Brothers Gravy Boat with attached Under Plate, in "The Crete" pattern, depicting 22K Gold and Black Greek Key borders. (Note: The piece is marked on the base with the Green letter "M," surrounded by a wreath, denoting the gravy boat is by the Morimura Brothers, circa 1911-1920. This pattern was discontinued many years ago.) Made in Japan. Double-lipped, large, Gravy Boat also makes a nice serving vessel for salad dressing. Measures 9" long x 6" wide x 3" deep (including attached under plate/base).
Gorgeous, near-perfect condition, with one tiny area on edge of under plate of faded gold. (See last photo).
