This piece is the classic "Arts & Crafts" style, with heavy, hammered etching throughout the sterling silver handle. An elegant Shield adorns the top of both sides of this piece, perfect for you to add a monogram, if you wish. (No Monogram, at present). The sturdy, silver plated, pierced Serving end is elegantly shaped and constructed, perfect for serving fish, tomatoes, slaw, salad, beans, etc. Measures 9" Long x 2 3/4" Wide (in serving bowl). Marked on back "sterling handle" with the early Webster impressed company mark. Excellent condition and a perfect wedding gift!
