This elegant, mid-century trio is a spaghetti poodle collector's dream. All three are in excellent condition, done in soft pink "spaghetti curls", with snowy white bodies, and sparkling blue glass eyes. The large Poodle is a full 6 1/2" tall x 7 1/4" long x 3 1/4" wide. The two pups are each 3 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" long x 1 3/4" wide. They were made and distributed by Kreiss & Company during the 1950's - 1960's. These three poodles appear in "Poodle Collectibles of the 50's & 60's, by Elaine Butler on p.38, where they are shown on a lamp. In addition, in the the same book, on page 62, the large Poodle is shown and referenced as the "Pink Lady Poodle." However, we have also seen this trio, done in other colors, and combined with another large poodle wearing a hat, that would then make this large one the "Dad" of the group. No matter how you look at them, they are delightful. As decorative pieces, they would certainly add a touch of whimsy and charm to a little girl's room, and therefore make a very special and unique children's gift. If you are a collector, this trio represents some of the very best examples of Spaghetti Poodles made, still in outstanding condition.
